It’s a mobile world. People are on the move more and more, far from their homes and offices. And the need for straightforward, trouble-free travel is growing in turn. Thanks to the internet, e-mail and Smartphones, we can book journeys online, change our reservations, download information and do much more besides.
But travelers encounter situations where there is no high-speed internet access, they can’t find the information they need straight away, they run up against complications, they are in a hurry, or they may simply want to speak to someone who can help find a quick solution to an awkward situation.

Since AIC was founded in 1994, we have focused on the particular requirements of people on the move, and perfected our ability to help in a simple, quick and friendly manner. Today, there are very few Call & Service Centers which are so precisely aligned to the needs of their clients’ customers.

Our clients are predominantly companies operating in the tourism and air travel industry. But other sectors of the economy (e.g. trade fair organizers) are also discovering and harnessing the benefits that can be provided by a specialist in the needs of people on the move.
