AIC is a Call & Service Center that offers German quality standards in 16 languages at competitive prices.
AIC was founded in 1994 as AIC Airline Industry Consultants GmbH to operate as a General Sales Agent (GSA) for airline companies in Germany. Alongside its agency, sales and marketing role, AIC developed into a comprehensive service provider in the airline and tourism industry. AIC has invested massively in language skills and focused on providing service for people on the move, with the aim of developing long-term customer retention for its international client base. The company is now a one-stop provider of services such as telephony, mail center, reservations, helpdesk and customer care.

We speak 16 languages
We have native-speaker competence in 16 different languages. Our agents are fluent in at least three of these and are familiar with the relevant local cultures.

As we are based in Germany, we have exceptionally well-trained call center agents, our infrastructure is highly stable and we are sound partners to deal with, both from a contractual as well as a legal perspective.
