Locations

AIC conducts its Call & Service Center business at three locations, two of which are in Cologne and the third in Hannover. All of our locations have modern technological equipment to perform helpdesk functions and handle reservations.
AIC headquarters are located in the heart of Cologne, next to the River Rhine, and are conveniently located for the rail and autobahn networks.
