We are living in an increasingly globalized society. And this applies equally to our clients’ customers. We have designed our business to reflect this reality, which has helped us to establish ourselves as one of the most internationally minded of all the Call & Service Center providers in Germany. Thanks to our many years’ experience of operating in the international air travel sector, we have perfected our language skills. Our Service Center agents originate from all around the world and are therefore native speakers living in Germany who have mastered German as their second tongue. These are also people with a natural linguistic talent who are fluent in several other languages.
This valuable staff resource enables us to respect the cultural background of our callers. No matter what the special factors may be – cultural, regional or individual – we aim to see things from the caller’s perspective. This is especially important when the caller is in a tight situation. The priority then is to reassure the caller and offer a solution.
